Delivery and Pickup Information
Please indicate on your final order whether you want to have your items delivered or you want to pick them up
Orders marked for delivery will ship directly from the vendor (Apple, Dell, etc.) by their carrier of choice (UPS, Fedex, etc.). Delivery should occur within 1-2 weeks of the date TSW receives your order to name and address indicated on the TSW order form.
Orders marked for pickup will be available at 156 MLK (Student Union). Delivery of items to MLK should occur within 1-2 weeks of the date TSW receives your order. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 1 week of notification. Unclaimed orders will be returned to the vendor and your account will be charged a 15% restock/shipping fee. Pick up hours are M-F 12n-3pm.
