TSW shall have no liability to anyone for accidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise. All merchandise is sold "AS IS." TSW makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system downtime, lost data, etc. This disclaimer by TSW in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.
